Last night, some of my friends gathered together in my house. It really has been a long time since we last gathered.
Different from the reunions before, this time, the topic is about our jobs.
“I am going to make a scheme for the prom in our company. Can all of you give me some suggestions and ideas about the prom?” Danny began.
“Wow, a prom. I have never gone to a prom before. I do not know what it would like.” Enya sighed.
“Me neither.” I followed.
“You do not have such experience. But you surely heard about it and saw some of it on TV.” Danny insisted, “You must know some part of it. Each one of you offers some ideas, and then I can plan the prom well. This is the first time I can really take in charge of something and show my ability. I want it to be perfect.”
“Well, there are must be many rich people in suit and many beautiful ladies with elegant prom dresses on. Dessert, champagne ect. All the luxurious things.” I imagined. “Only if I could go!”
“Yes, if I can go, I will wear the most beautiful prom dress and catch all the participants’ eyes.” Enya continued.
“Yeah, I would dance with the most handsome man there and I will be the prom queen…” Ella can’t stop fancy.
“But, the point is how can I make the prom better for communication? It is not a ball just for dance, you know. I have to make sure that the prom will enhance the relationship between all the participants.” Danny showed his concern.
“Well, I don’t know.” Ella said. “The only thing I can think about prom is rich people and beautiful prom dresses. Maybe you can search it on internet.”
“Yes, maybe you can search it on internet.” Both Enya and I agreed with Ella. “And you may invite us to the prom and give us a chance to experience the prom personally.”
“Forget it. You are not elegant enough to take part in the prom. Hahaha.” Danny joked
